Remote Online Notarization Pricing and Ordering Information
Our Remote Online Notarization service fees are detailed here. To place an order, follow these steps: notary
Upload Your Documents: Start by uploading your documents. After the upload, you will be guided to choose an appointment time. We recommend scheduling your appointment 30-45 minutes after the upload to ensure the documents are correctly processed and received by the notary platform (Our Notary go to contact you to confirm your appointment).
Payment Options: Once your documents are notarized, you’ll be able to select your preferred payment method. Available options include:
- Debit/Credit Card
- Zelle
- Cash App
- PayPal
- Venmo
Receive Your Notarized Documents: After payment is confirmed, your notarized documents will be sent directly to your email by one of our certified and approved Remote Notary Publics.
Pricing Factors:
- Number of Notarizations: Costs are based on the number of times the notary needs to notarize your documents.
- Number of Signers: Fees vary depending on the number of signers.
- Signer Locations: If signers are in different locations or sign at different times, additional appointments may be required.
- Witnesses: If you need witnesses and don’t have them, we can provide them for an extra fee. This also applies if you need a non-signer present during the notarization.

Prices and Fees
Basic Notarization Service
This service covers the notarization of a single basic document for one person. Note: This does not include Power of Attorney, QuitClaim, Deed, or any other property-related documents.
Fee: $35.00
This fee includes:
- Notary service for one(1) document one signer.
- Platform and processing fees
- Digital delivery of the notarized document
Note: If your document need witness and you bring your own witness, you don’t pay extra witness fee.
Witness need to be in USA with American Identity (Passport or Driver License)
One signer up to 3 notarization.
Fee: $45.00
One basic notarization with one Witness service
Fee: $60.00
Up to 3 notarization with witness.
Fee: $70.00
If you require an extra witness for your notarization, we can provide one more for an additional fee of $15.

If you need to notarize multiple documents or require notarization for specialized documents such as Power of Attorney, QuitClaim Deeds, property-related documents, or other types like Buyer, Seller, Refinance, Modification, or Deeds, please contact us.
